As a service provider with the highest standards for our own performance, certifications are an integral part of our mst DNA, as they offer our customers more trust, increased security and better quality. Two prestigious certificates are of outstanding importance in this respect – and we are doubly pleased that we have been honoured with them again this year:
Recertified to ISO 9001.
We constantly document, track, measure and validate our performance, we prove compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for maximum legal security and we use recognised standards to continuously optimise our products, services and service quality – so that top performance in all our business areas is no coincidence.
Existing customers see this as confirmation of their cooperation with us – and new customers know what to expect right from the start: highest quality. The auditor from the QVZ (Verein zur Qualitätssicherung und Zertifizierung für den Mittelstand e.V.) also came to the conclusion that mst „fulfils the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 to a high degree“.
TISAX Audit Level 2 completed.
In the automotive industry, the highest security standards apply not only to vehicle occupants, but also to the protection of sensitive data and general information security. This is why we have – successfully – completed the TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) Audit Level 2. This standardised procedure was developed by the VDA (German Association of the Automotive Industry) in collaboration with the ENX Association and verified by an external auditor.
‘We are delighted with this certification, as it offers our customers clear added value: They know that their highly sensitive data is in safe hands with us,’ says David Ullrich, CSMO of the mst group. Once again, we are emphasising our ambitions as a reliable and security-conscious service provider in the automotive industry.
